Organic Ethiopia Guji

Our first organic offering, this Ethiopian Guji is a washed process which allows the distinct origin of this bean to come through. 

We have been asked for an organic coffee for some time now and we finally took the leap to bring in a bright offering. 

You'll find notes of apricot, lime, black tea, and pineapple. 

The Guji area of southern Ethopia produces this coffee from altitudes of 2000-2100 meters.
