From the Santa Barbara Estate in Colombia, this Mountain Water Process decaf delivers what decaf rarely does: actual flavor, real body, and the kind of clean sweetness that makes you forget you're drinking decaf at all.
We roast this darker than our other offerings, just into second crack, to develop caramel sweetness and angel food cake notes with a remarkably clean finish. The profile stays consistent across roast levels, which speaks to the quality of the green coffee itself.
Why Mountain Water Process: No chemicals. The caffeine is removed using only water, temperature, and time. The result preserves the coffee's inherent flavors instead of stripping them away like solvent-based methods. It costs more to process this way and it's worth it.
Who This Is For: People who want coffee after 2pm without the insomnia. Anyone who's been burned by bad decaf and deserves better. Folks who want a second (or third) cup without the jitters.
